Our distributor caps are built from special clear red material to resist spark travel and has brass connections for less resistance and better spark. This is designed for distributors that use an external ignition coil. Remember that if your distributor has an internal coil, the only way to use this cap will be to swap it over. Import coils are easy to find for they are universal. We feel that the stock internal coil is inefficient for maximum performance, therefore we do not make one for the internal coil distributors.
